Operator brands we service
Knowing the brand is not enough. A LiftMaster LA400 fails differently from an LA500, and the fix is different too. Our technicians work by model.

Each brand page lists the models we carry parts for, the failures that show up most often on each, and what the repair usually costs.

The most common residential and light commercial operator in the country, and the one with the most decipherable error codes once you know the pattern.

On swing arm operators it is usually on a sticker inside the cover. On slide operators, look inside the lid near the control board. A photo of that sticker turns a ten minute diagnostic call into a two minute one, and lets us load the right parts before we leave. If the unit is flashing, count the blinks too, then check the error code reference.
Know the symptom, not the brand?
That works too. Most faults present the same way across manufacturers, and the troubleshooting guides start from what you can actually see.
About brands and parts
Where do I find my operator's model number?
My brand is not listed. Can you still help?
Do you use original parts?
Is a board repair cheaper than a new operator?
Not sure which operator you have?
Send us a photo of the sticker, or describe the unit on the phone. We will identify it and tell you what the repair usually involves.
